Key Eligibility Criteria
- Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree.
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant legal experience (in-house, private practice, or a combination).

- Prior experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector is desirable.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Advise management on legal risks and recommend strategic mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global legal teams on business transactions.
- Manage external legal counsel relationships and assist with dispute resolution and litigation matters.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
- Base Salary: $160,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year (plus annual bonus and benefits).
- Work Mode: Hybrid (Brookfield, WI or Mesa, AZ) or Remote with occasional travel.
