Legal Counsel – Pall Corporation
Location: York, England, United Kingdom (remote role based in the UK)

- Lead legal review, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts across all Pall BUs in EMEA
- Deliver legal communications and training to business units; manage changes to agreements and processes
- Provide practical legal advice on risks, policies and strategic initiatives; support claims, litigation and high‑value transactions
- Drive legal process improvement, contract templates, training materials and digitalisation initiatives
