Legal Counsel – PAX International Limited (Dubai, UAE)
Full‑time legal counsel position requiring a strong background in UAE commercial and employment law, with a focus on contract drafting, compliance, corporate governance and dispute resolution.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor or higher in Law with a valid legal qualification certificate; overseas LLB/LLM preferred.
- 2–5 years of in‑house legal experience, preferably with China‑based overseas enterprises in the UAE/Middle East.
- Experience in DIFC/ADGM and familiarity with UAE mainland and free‑zone laws.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements (agency, distribution, procurement, marketing, NDA, service contracts, etc.).
- Ensure full‑cycle HR legal compliance under UAE Federal Labour Law; draft employment documents and support dispute resolution.
- Manage entity governance: license renewal, UBO declaration, economic substance compliance, corporate documents.
- Provide ongoing legal advice on business operations, marketing, IP, corporate governance and regulatory updates.
- Handle IP registration, anti‑infringement enforcement and commercial dispute negotiation, litigation, and settlement.
