Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
• LL.M or specialization in real estate law is an advantage.
• Valid license to practice law in India.
• 3-6 years of professional experience.
• Prior experience in real estate or infrastructure sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents and contracts for land acquisition, development, and sales.
• Conduct legal due diligence on properties, including title verification and land record checks.
• Coordinate with government authorities, external counsel, and internal teams for approvals, registrations, and dispute resolution.
• Advise management on legal risks, mitigation strategies, and policy changes affecting real estate projects.
• Maintain accurate legal documentation and support internal audits and compliance reviews.
