This mid-senior level, full-time role involves leading contract negotiations with enterprise clients, managing legal templates, and advising on privacy and regulatory compliance. The position reports directly to the General Counsel and supports the company's scaling efforts through efficient legal processes and AI integration.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: UK qualified solicitor.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE), trained in-house or in a Legal 500 firm.
- Industry Focus: Prior experience in B2B SaaS in-house roles or private practice with a focus on commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
