Personnel Search Services Group is seeking a Head of Legal & Company Secretary to lead the legal, compliance, and governance functions. Based in Saket, Delhi, the role involves partnering with senior leadership and the CFO to support business strategy and operational excellence.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Company Secretary (CS) qualification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant legal experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within a listed company environment.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Serve as a primary legal advisor to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Manage end-to-end secretarial functions, including Board, Committee, and shareholder processes (AGMs/EGMs).
• Oversee compliance with corporate, commercial, labour, and regulatory laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Manage litigation and external counsel to mitigate organizational risk.
• Build, mentor, and develop the internal legal team.
