Plummer Search Legal Recruitment is assisting a mid-sized law firm in central London in actively recruiting a Property Litigation Solicitor (3 PQE +) to join their established property litigation team.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a UK-qualified Lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive).
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) with no upper limit specified.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage an independent caseload comprising approximately 75% residential property litigation and 25% commercial property litigation.
- Handle matters including boundary disputes, service charge issues, L&T 1954 Act claims, debt recovery, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, professional negligence, development disputes, BSA claims, dilapidations, property-related insolvency, nuisance, TOLATA claims, and lease extensions.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Base Pay Range: Β£60,000.00 - Β£75,000.00 per year + bonus.
Mode: Full-time, hybrid (office attendance required 1-2 days per week in Central London - EC1).
