PwC India is hiring a Senior Associate for its Risk Management practice within Internal Firm Services. The role focuses on promoting compliance with external laws and internal policies to manage regulatory, litigation, and reputational risks. The position involves strategic oversight, operations management, and policy development for the Risk Management practice.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• 5-year integrated law degree from a reputed Indian law college (National Law Institutes preferred).
• LLB + LLM qualification.
• Minimum 3 to 7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Well-versed with Government procurement regulations and guidelines.
• In-depth understanding of contractual and corporate laws.
• Excellent drafting, articulation, communication, and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Government RFP and Contract Review: Review risks in government RFPs, identify risks in contracts, guide business teams in drafting pre-bid queries, and review business proposals for Government Clients.
• Contract Management: Review and redline commercial contracts in line with PwC standards, negotiate with clients on legal terms, and draft contracts from scratch.
• Advisory: Advise business teams on legal risks, mitigation strategies, and implications of deviations from standard terms.

Compensation & Location

• Salary: As per Industry Standards.
• Location: Gurugram, Haryana (NCR/Mumbai preferred).
• Job Type: Full-time, Standard.
