Contextual Overview
PwC India is hiring a Senior Associate for its Investigations and Fact Finding practice under the Fraud, Investigations and Regulatory Enforcement (FIRE) services division in Bengaluru. The role focuses on identifying organizational vulnerabilities, investigating corporate irregularities, whistleblower allegations, and regulatory violations.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Institutional KYC.
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience working with Financial Institutions (FIs), Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs), and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Conducting end-to-end KYC for private and listed entities.
- Performing Sanctions and PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) screening, including enhanced due diligence.
- Managing UBO/IBO (Ultimate/Intermediate Beneficial Owner) drilldowns.
- Assessing customer risk levels and managing screening hit dispositions/mitigation.
- Handling client outreach and understanding regulatory roles (AS, AP, MLRO).
