Qualcomm India Private Limited is hiring a full-time Contracts Specialist for its Legal Group (Contracts Administration/Management) located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The role involves managing the full contract lifecycle from planning and drafting to negotiation and risk mitigation.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Political Science, or a related field with 2+ years of Contract Administration or related experience; OR
• Associate's degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience; OR
• High School diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of experience.
• Completed advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience (Master's = 1 year, Doctorate = 2 years).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, negotiate, administer, and manage complex, high-impact supplier agreements in alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with sourcing, stakeholders, legal, finance, and engineering teams to develop contract strategies protecting Qualcomm's business and IP positions.
• Analyze and present contractual positions (such as liability and confidentiality) focusing on risk assessment and mitigation.
• Drive contract process improvements to reduce cycle times and eliminate non-value-added costs.
