Legal Executive at Quantiphi
Quantiphi, a Data Science and Machine Learning Software and Services Company, is hiring a Legal Executive to support its legal operations in Mumbai or Bengaluru. This full-time, entry-level role focuses on corporate contracting, compliance, and legal research within a global technology environment.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Law Degree from a reputed and recognized university.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in drafting and negotiating agreements to closure.
- Preferred Background: Prior experience with technology/IT MNCs or a reputed law firm.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to conduct legal research using tools like PracLaw, Manupatra, and Westlaw.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (NDAs, MSAs, Collaboration Agreements, RFPs) across US, Canada, India, UK, and other geographies.
- Collaborate with delivery, sales, finance, and HR teams to protect company interests.
- Support senior lawyers in project execution and strategic initiatives.
- Respond to internal queries regarding contracting, client engagements, and compliance.
- Maintain and organize the legal document repository.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare materials for internal stakeholders.
