Randstad Deutschland is seeking a Legal Counsel (m/w/d) to join its Corporate Legal & Compliance team at the headquarters in Gummersbach. The role involves acting as a strategic sparring partner for management and business departments, handling generalist, versatile, and operational as well as strategic legal matters for the FERCHAU corporate group.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Completed studies as a Wirtschaftsjurist:in (Master or Diplom) or Volljurist:in.
- Ideally relevant professional experience, preferably in an in-house legal department.
- Sound knowledge of civil and commercial law.
- Ability to grasp complex legal issues quickly and communicate them clearly.
- Valid work permit for Germany (for non-EU citizens) and sufficient German language skills.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Independent handling of all corporate legal issues and processes for all group companies.
- Support and leadership in cross-functional corporate projects from conception to implementation.
- Review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts based on current legal frameworks and internal standards.
- Development and review of customer and supplier framework agreements, individual contracts, general terms and conditions, and commercial lease agreements.
- Handling of claims, notices of defects, and comparable disputes, including drafting extrajudicial and judicial documents.
