Role Overview

Rapido, India’s leading multi-modal mobility platform, is seeking a Manager - Legal Contracts & Advisory to lead business-oriented legal advisory and manage contract lifecycles. This role focuses on translating business requirements into legally compliant solutions and mitigating operational risks within the transportation and logistics sector.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Preferred: Prior experience in multi-modal mobility platforms and knowledge of transportation sector regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Legal Advisory: Provide risk-based legal advice, evaluating commercial structures for feasibility and compliance.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate diverse agreements including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and interpret evolving laws, judicial precedents, and regulatory developments to ensure business practices remain compliant.
