Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) is recruiting a Manager, Contracts to join its Procurement & Contracts team. This mid-senior, full-time role focuses on strengthening contract management, governance, and commercial outcomes across the Authority.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in contract management, commercial management, or procurement.
• Demonstrated ability to independently draft and negotiate complex, high-value commercial contracts.
• Professional certifications such as WorldCC, CIPS, or NCMA are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex and non-standard commercial contracts.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including execution, amendments, renewals, performance management, and closeout.
• Provide practical contractual and commercial advice to management and business stakeholders.
• Oversee contractual obligations, risks, claims, disputes, and supplier performance milestones.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business teams to resolve contractual matters.
• Drive improvements in contract governance, reporting, and control systems.
