This role involves secondment into client organizations, where candidates will operate as an extension of in-house legal teams. The position offers exposure to various sectors and legal disciplines, supported by the RAYNE consultancy team.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified lawyers (junior level) or experienced paralegals with relevant legal training.
• Typically 1–4 years of experience (flexible depending on profile).
• Experience in private practice and/or in-house environments.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts and corporate matters.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (MSAs, framework agreements, SaaS, licensing, distribution, and supply).
• Supporting corporate and governance matters, including record maintenance and documentation preparation.
• Providing legal support on transactions, projects, and business initiatives.
• Identifying potential risks and contributing to practical, business-focused solutions.
