RB Law Corp Pvt Ltd. is hiring two Associates (Civil & Criminal) to work from its Noida office. The role involves handling civil and criminal matters across trial courts, high courts and the Supreme Court.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred)
• Post‑Qualification Experience (PQE) of 1–4 years

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Prepare and prosecute petitions under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Section 482 of CrPC.
• Handle civil and criminal litigation before trial courts, high courts and the Supreme Court.
• Draft, file and appear in bail, anticipatory bail, bail cancellation, and other criminal applications.
• Manage criminal appeals, revisions, transfer applications and writ petitions under Articles 226 & 227.
• Conduct criminal trials in Magistrate Courts, especially in Delhi, UP and Uttarakhand.
• Handle civil suits, interim applications, injunctions, and related pleadings.
• Proceed with civil appeals, revisions, recovery, property and commercial disputes.
• Manage proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
• Conduct legal research, prepare case briefs and assist senior advocates.
• Coordinate with clients, investigating agencies, courts and other stakeholders.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Remuneration: ₹5 – ₹8 lakhs per annum (paid).
