Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Support the Legal Director in developing and executing legal strategy, including business initiatives, partnerships, restructurings, and acquisitions.
- Provide commercially pragmatic legal support across HR, Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, R&D, and Corporate Functions.
- Manage significant litigation, investigations, disputes, and interactions with external counsel and regulators.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and advertising claims.
- Partner with Compliance to promote integrity and ethical business conduct.
- Drive continuous improvement in legal operations through process optimization and technology adoption.
