Alchemy Job is hiring a Legal Counsel – APAC – Associate on behalf of their client, Revantage Global Services (Blackstone), based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on supporting the APAC Legal & Compliance team with a specialized emphasis on real-estate legal transactions, property due diligence, and advisory services.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyer with at least 4 years of total legal experience.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide legal support for real-estate transactions across the APAC region.

- Draft and negotiate Sale & Purchase Agreements, Lease/Sub-Lease Agreements, and Joint Development Agreements.
- Identify legal risks and provide assessments for property-related acquisitions and disposals.
- Assist with real-estate disputes, legal notices, and coordination with external counsel.
