Business Compliance Manager (Crypto) at Revolut
Revolut, a global financial technology company, is recruiting a Business Compliance Manager to serve as a first-line crypto compliance partner. This role involves translating complex regulations into practical, product-ready solutions for crypto features across markets, ensuring adherence to legal and policy requirements while maintaining delivery velocity.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 5+ years in regulatory compliance.
- Background: Experience in a top-tier bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, fast-growing tech company, or strategy consultancy.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with VARA regulations and understanding of UAE federal laws.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Growth teams on crypto and consumer regulations (financial promotions, regulatory changes, consumer protection).
- Oversee yield, DeFi, and derivative products and relevant frameworks.
- Support new product approvals, launches, and rollouts for crypto features.
- Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials.
- Own post-launch product reviews and ensure regulatory decisions are documented and defensible.
- Conduct horizon-scanning and support BAU compliance activities (KRIs, BCIs, fair value indicators, customer sentiment metrics).
