Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, review, and format legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation and discovery.
• Maintain case files, legal records, and supporting documentation.
• Organize exhibits, evidence, and other case-related materials.
• Track filing deadlines, maintain calendars, and coordinate with attorneys and relevant stakeholders.
