Legal Team Leader – Property Management

Contextual Overview

Rocky Real Estate (L.L.C.) is seeking an experienced Legal Team Leader – Property Management in Dubai to lead and supervise the legal team, manage tenant-related legal matters, and ensure compliance with UAE tenancy laws.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
• Proven experience in legal operations, property management, real estate, or tenant dispute resolution.
• Previous experience in leading or supervising a legal, collections, or property management team.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tenancy laws, rental dispute procedures, and relevant legal processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for case tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the legal team to handle tenant-related legal matters.
• Resolve tenant disputes through negotiation, mediation, and appropriate legal procedures.
• Draft, review, and manage legal notices, tenancy agreements, and settlement documentation.
• Monitor ongoing cases, maintain accurate case records, and prepare performance dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
• Advise management on legal risks and ensure all activities comply with UAE laws and company policies.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Mode: Full-time (On-site in Dubai)
