Sapat Global Health Pvt. Ltd., a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is hiring a mid-senior level in-house legal professional in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves end-to-end management of litigation, intellectual property (IP), corporate compliance, and regulatory affairs.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: LLB or LLM from a recognised university.
• Experience: 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Core Competencies: Litigation management (civil, commercial, IP, consumer, property), IP portfolio management (trademarks), and corporate secretarial functions under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Preferred: Experience with FDA/FSSAI regulatory matters and property documentation.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Intellectual Property: Manage trademark portfolio, handle applications/oppositions, monitor infringements, and advise on brand protection.
• Litigation: Manage litigation docket, coordinate with external counsel, draft pleadings/notices, and maintain litigation MIS.
• Contracts: Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial agreements (service, licence, distribution, NDA, lease) and maintain contract repositories.
• Corporate & Regulatory: Provide day-to-day legal advice, handle ROC filings, support board meetings, and manage FDA/FSSAI product listings and approvals.
• Property: Conduct title due diligence, draft conveyance deeds, and liaise with government authorities for NA approvals and building plans.
