The firm is currently hiring for a full-time, on-site Legal Associate / Senior Associate to manage investment transactions, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized law school (LL.M. or specialization in corporate/commercial law is an advantage).
- Experience: 2–3 years for Associate or 3–5 years for Senior Associate.
- Mandatory Requirement: Prior law firm experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A, or commercial transactions.
- Strong working knowledge of the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and general corporate-commercial laws.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Drafting and reviewing investment documents, shareholder agreements (SHA), share subscription agreements (SSA), share purchase agreements (SPA), term sheets, and commercial contracts.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research on corporate, regulatory, and data privacy frameworks.
- Assisting in due diligence, transaction structuring, and regulatory compliance for high-growth companies and investors.
- Engaging directly with founders, funds, and family offices, managing client communications, and delivering tailored legal solutions.
