Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted legal advisor to business leaders across SEAO, translating complex legal concepts into actionable advice for Retail, Digital, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams.
• Commercial Contracting: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a primary focus on technology, software, SaaS, cloud, and digital services agreements. Serve as the regional point of contact for technology contract negotiations.
• Compliance & Privacy: Advise on data privacy and protection matters, including data processing agreements. Provide guidance on consumer protection, marketing regulations, and intellectual property across multiple jurisdictions.
• Disputes & Risk: Manage contentious matters such as customer complaints, product liability, and commercial disputes. Support crisis management and coordinate with external counsel.
