Contextual Overview

Space Executive is partnering with a well-established consumer technology business (US Listed MNC) in Singapore to recruit a Legal Counsel specializing in commercial contracts. This is a broad-based in-house role suited for a commercially minded lawyer with 7 to 10 years of PQE.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Approximately 7–10 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong in-house experience, ideally within a fast-paced consumer, technology, e-commerce, or similarly complex business environment.
• Solid commercial contracts experience and comfortable handling a broad generalist remit.
• Pragmatic, commercially minded, and capable of working effectively with senior business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated stability in previous professional roles.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Advising business teams on general corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Supporting operational, regulatory, and risk-related issues as they arise.
• Partnering closely with internal stakeholders to provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
• Managing matters independently while operating as a senior individual contributor within an established legal team.
