Legal Counsel – SS&C Technologies
Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid work model)
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales
- New Qualified (NQ) up to 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE)
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, suppliers and other counterparties
- Assist with the maintenance and enforcement of SS&C Group policies and procedures, particularly contract signature governance
- Provide legal support to HR on staff disputes, claims, grievances and related matters
- Advise on disputes and claims involving the company and third parties
- Assist with mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and other corporate activities as required
