Key Eligibility Criteria
- Circa 3–5 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) or equivalent relevant experience in competition litigation.

- Strong commercial awareness and client management capabilities.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Handle standalone and follow-on competition damages claims, as well as collective proceedings.
- Manage matters before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the High Court.
- Handle both claimant and defendant-side competition litigation across domestic and international disputes.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and mentor junior team members, with exposure to broader commercial and banking disputes.
