This role focuses on the review, negotiation, and management of various contractual documents, including client contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and supplier agreements.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Assist in the review process of bespoke contracts with clients, sub-consultants, and suppliers.
• Identify contractual risks and promote governance during drafting, negotiation, and execution.
• Manage updates, modifications, and archiving of contract documents.
• Issue Letters of Reliance, collateral warranties, and manage digital signing via platforms like DocuSign.
• Maintain and update Legal/Contracts templates.
