The position focuses on statutory compliance, regulatory liaison, and policy implementation within the food and e-commerce sector.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is mandatory.
• Experience: Proven post-LLB work experience in compliance functions, including audit, risk assessment, and mitigation.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of food laws, food industry regulations, legal metrology, e-commerce laws, and internet/technology-related laws.
• Skills: Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Facilitate acquisition of compliance certificates, licenses, and registrations.
• Audit and implement compliance policies; develop new compliance frameworks.
• Support stakeholders on compliance issues, including conflicts of interest and high-risk payments.
• Organize compliance training and integrity communications.
• Interface with internal auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare periodical MIS compliance reports for management.
