Key Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in U.S. employment-based immigration.
- Strong knowledge of USCIS, DOL, and Department of State processes and regulations.
- Familiarity with visa types including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, PERM, I-140, I-485, EAD, and Advance Parole.
- Proficiency with immigration case management systems (e.g., INSZoom, Tracker, Envoy).
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage end-to-end U.S. employment-based immigration cases.
- Prepare and review visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, F-1 OPT/CPT, H-4 EAD, PERM, I-140, and I-485 applications.
- Coordinate with immigration attorneys to ensure timely preparation and filing of petitions.
- Track visa expiration dates and maintain comprehensive immigration case records.
- Ensure adherence to U.S. immigration laws, company policies, and government regulations.
- Assist with H-1B cap season, PERM recruitment, prevailing wage requests, and labor certification processes.
