This role sits within the Legal Publishing team, focusing on protecting world-famous intellectual property such as Grand Theft Auto and Borderlands from unauthorized commercial exploitation.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• University degree in Law, Business, or Information Technology.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in Brand Protection, IP Enforcement, Anti-Fraud, or Digital Risk Management.
• Native-level fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Deep familiarity with gaming ecosystems (modding, virtual assets, marketplaces).
• Ability to maintain working hour overlap with London and New York time zones.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage daily intake of infringing leads and distinguish between community engagement and actionable infringement.
• Draft and process DMCA takedown notices and trademark infringement reports across social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct first-level investigations and compile evidence against bad actors.
• Collaborate with outside brand protection vendors and internal legal counsel.
• Monitor emerging threats and grey-market trends in the gaming industry.
