Contextual Overview

Talent Integrators is hiring an Executive/Sr Executive Compliance (LLPs and Companies) for a consulting background role based in Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore. This position requires a dual-qualified professional to manage corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance functions.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: CS (Company Secretary) & LLB graduate from a reputed law college.
• Experience: 3 to 4+ years of in-house experience in legal and regulatory compliance.
• Industry Background: Consulting background preferred (Big 4 or candidates working on NDAs/contracts from in-house general counsel teams).
• Skills: Strong legal acumen, excellent written, presentation, and spoken English skills, and the ability to handle internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Managing compliance for LLPs and Companies.
• Preparing Partnership Deeds, including retirement and admission deeds.
• Filing forms with various regulators, including ICAI, NFRA, and IBBI.
• Reviewing and drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for client engagements.
• Handling internal project management on compliance-related aspects.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• CTC: 10 LPA (Base pay range: ₹500,000 - ₹1,000,000 per year based on skills and experience).
• Mode: Full-time employment.
