Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Provide legal support on routine matters for global commercial and procurement teams.
• Assist in drafting and finalizing routine legal documents, including restructuring documents, contract amendments, and customer/vendor-facing agreements.
• Manage legal templates in coordination with the legal operations team.
• Draft special terms and conditions for customer order forms, purchase orders, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Review tender documents and RFPs to provide legal risk analysis.
• Coordinate with external legal consultants, advocates, and law firms.
• Support general corporate and administrative activities.
