Key Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: LLB or LLM degree.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with Banks or NBFCs focusing on litigation and recoveries.
Skills: Strong background in litigation, well-versed with Indian court procedures and practices, experience in arbitration, collections, and handling criminal proceedings, along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and fluent English (written and spoken) are required.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Close monitoring of high-stake litigation across all business verticals.
- Providing support, direction, and guidance to Litigation and Collection teams for devising litigation and collection strategies.
- Engaging and briefing advocates and senior counsel.
- Attending to complaints filed and proceedings initiated against the company and its officers.
