TECEZE is hiring a Senior Legal Executive to join its Corporate Legal team in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting day-to-day legal operations, contract management, employment law matters, compliance, and corporate legal activities within a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Eligibility Criteria

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Contract Management: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and redlining standard contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts; maintain the contract repository.
- HR, Labor & Employment Laws: Interpret and implement global employment laws; ensure compliance with labor regulations, employee contracts, workplace policies, and disciplinary procedures; support employee relations and respond to legal notices.
- Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct research on corporate, commercial, and employment law matters; prepare summaries and reports for senior management.
- Dispute Resolution Support: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on litigation matters; collect and organize evidence, documentation, and case files.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and legal files.
