Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Solicitor with 0-5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join the commercial team of a Top 50 UK law firm in Birmingham. The role involves advising a diverse client base, including established businesses, manufacturers, retailers, and entrepreneurial organizations, on commercial contracts and business arrangements.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• 0-5 PQE (Post-Qualification Experience)
• Qualified Solicitor (implied by PQE requirement)

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise clients on a wide variety of commercial contracts and business arrangements.
• Develop expertise in specialist areas including technology, AI, data protection, competition law, and consumer law.
• Work closely with experienced commercial lawyers while maintaining genuine client contact.
• Contribute to the growth of the commercial team.

Stipend & Compensation

• Base Pay Range: £60,000.00 - £80,000.00 per year
• Benefits: Excellent benefits package and flexible working arrangements.
