Senior Legal Counsel – TR Plus
TR Plus is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to work in a hybrid role based in central London. The position is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, reporting directly to the Group General Counsel and covering a broad corporate and commercial remit including M&A, transactions, commercial contracts and governance.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE)
- Corporate and commercial law experience

- Experience advising on transactions, M&A and commercial agreements
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide legal advice on M&A, transactions and commercial contracts
