Contextual Overview

TresVista is hiring a Senior Associate for its Legal department in Pune, Maharashtra. The role involves managing commercial, SaaS, and technology contracts, deploying Legal AI tools, overseeing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, and handling general corporate compliance and M&A advisory.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Hold an LLB or LLM degree from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Tier-1 full-service law firm and/or 7+ years in in-house legal teams.
• Hands-on experience with Legal AI tools (e.g., Harvey, Claude AI) and CLM platforms.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract law across common law jurisdictions, technology laws, data privacy laws (DPDP, GDPR), and corporate governance requirements.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, SaaS, data-sharing, and tech vendor agreements across India, US, UK, and Singapore.
• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycles from term-sheet to execution.
• Deploy and manage Legal AI agents for contract review, clause extraction, and risk flagging.
• Administer the firm's CLM platform, configuring workflows, templates, and approval routing.
• Provide general corporate and M&A advisory and documentation.
• Manage and mentor a team.
