The role focuses on contentious construction matters, advising on complex national infrastructure projects, regeneration deals, and dispute resolution for clients in both the public and private sectors.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified solicitor with 2 years' experience in contentious construction.
• Excellent technical skills and academic record.
• Strong client focus, commercial awareness, and drive.
• Willingness to develop expertise in the construction sector.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise regional and national contractors, developers, and government departments on complex construction projects.
• Handle dispute resolution matters including adjudication, mediation, and litigation under the pre-action protocol for construction and engineering disputes.
• Provide advice on dispute avoidance, risk management, and contractual interpretation.
• Build and maintain client relationships and participate in marketing initiatives.
• Support the firm's responsible business, social impact, and ED&I initiatives.
