This position focuses on the end-to-end management of land acquisition processes, legal dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance within the company's industrial operations.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Professional experience in land acquisition, revenue record management, and legal documentation.
• Strong understanding of government liaison processes (Patwari, Tehsildar, SDM offices).
• Ability to manage litigation and coordinate with legal counsel for title searches and court case follow-ups.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Land Acquisition: Prepare documentation for land purchase, allotment, and rehabilitation projects.
• Legal Management: Manage pending land litigation, mutation cases, conversion cases, and stamp duty matters.
• Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for government revenue officers and court staff.
• Compliance: Ensure all land-related documentation adheres to business and unit-level Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operational Support: Assist in land committee meetings and maintain accurate expense plans for legal and land-related activities.
