Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: LLB degree from a recognised university/institution.
• Experience: 5–6 years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial legal roles.
• Background: Prior experience in an in-house legal team or a reputed corporate/commercial law firm.
• Skills: Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, legal risk assessment, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse business agreements (MSAs, NDAs, Vendor, Distribution, and HR-related contracts).
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle and maintain a central legal repository.
• Provide legal support for D2C, e-commerce, and marketplace operations, including consumer protection compliance.
• Oversee IP protection, including trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel regarding legal notices, disputes, and litigation.
• Assist with corporate governance and secretarial documentation.
