Vahura is facilitating the recruitment of a Legal Manager for a leading FMCG Top 100 listed company based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on providing legal advisory for marketing and brand-related operations.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 8–10 years of professional experience.
• Specialization: Proven track record in marketing and brand legal advisory.
• Preference: Candidates with prior exposure to the FMCG or consumer sector and strong stakeholder management skills are preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise marketing and business teams on advertisements, claims, contests, promotions, and brand communication.
• Vet artworks, POSM, print/digital advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage ASCI matters, competitor challenges, and claims substantiation.
• Draft and negotiate brand promotion, endorsement, co-branding, and marketing agreements.
• Provide legal advice on IP, regulatory, and compliance matters.
