Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• Mandatory enrollment with the Bar Council and active eligibility to practice.
• 2 to 5 years of prior experience in a law firm or litigation practice in Chennai or a similar jurisdiction.
• Strong foundation in civil law, commercial law, and litigation, with experience or interest in real estate law, intellectual property, and corporate advisory.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and opinions.
• Conducting legal research, analyzing case laws and statutes, and preparing detailed case strategies and notes.
• Appearing before appropriate forums and courts.
• Coordinating with clients for case updates, instructions, and transactional support.
• Supporting senior lawyers in dispute resolution, real estate due diligence, IP matters, and corporate compliance.
• Maintaining organized case files, tracking deadlines, and contributing to internal knowledge sharing.
