Assistant General Counsel – VB Spine

Responsibilities
- Senior legal advisor on corporate and commercial matters
- Draft, review, negotiate complex commercial agreements (vendor, SaaS, licensing, distribution, etc.)
- Support corporate governance, strategic transactions, M&A, due diligence
- Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and contract lifecycle processes
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and outside counsel
