Key Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.)
- 8+ years of Legal & Secretarial experience, preferably in NBFC, Fintech, or P2P lending sectors
- Strong knowledge of RBI, MCA, and SEBI regulations for NBFCs and Fintechs
- Expertise in Corporate Governance, Company Law, and Secretarial Compliance
- Strong skills in Legal Drafting, Contract Negotiation, and Multi-project Management
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide legal guidance across NBFC, Fintech & P2P lending, including commercial agreements.
- Ensure RBI compliance and update internal policies as per regulatory changes.
- Manage litigation, arbitration & dispute resolution with external legal counsel.
- Oversee corporate secretarial compliance, including Companies Act and ROC/RBI filings.
- Support M&A, joint ventures & fundraising through legal due diligence and risk management.
