Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Support the negotiation and delivery of contracts, bids, and tenders across diverse Vodafone Business sales segments.
- Provide pragmatic, solution-focused legal advice on commercial, operational, and compliance matters.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across legal, commercial, finance, security, product, technical, and regulatory teams.
- Assess legal and regulatory risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to governance activities, legal training, and guidance to help colleagues understand key requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by supporting automation, simplification, and scalable legal processes.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Compensation: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits.
Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office each week, for at least 8 days per month, based in Newbury, UK).
