Watts & Associates Recruitment is seeking a Junior Real Estate Associate for a highly regarded AM Law 100 multi-office law firm in Boston, MA. This role offers sophisticated real estate work with meaningful responsibility, close collaboration with experienced lawyers, and exposure to complex client matters.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• JD from a Top 50 U.S. law school.
• Active Massachusetts bar admission required.
• Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and matter-management skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Take ownership of substantive workstreams within the real estate practice.
• Draft and review sophisticated legal and client-facing materials.
• Analyze complex legal, regulatory, and commercial issues.
• Coordinate efficiently with partners, clients, and cross-practice teams.
• Assume increasing responsibility for matter management and execution.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $220,000 – $255,000 per year.
• Additional: Benefits and bonuses.
• Note: Actual compensation may depend on class year, experience, and qualifications.
