Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Lead complex U.S. and international trademark clearance projects for major brand portfolios.
• Manage domestic and global trademark prosecution, including strategy, filings, and office‑action responses.
• Provide day‑to‑day counseling on brand selection, risk assessment, and portfolio optimisation.
• Coordinate with foreign counsel and internal teams in Spanish and English on multi‑jurisdictional matters.
• Collaborate directly with senior partners while handling a high‑volume docket.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Salary: $250,000 – $320,000 per year (depending on experience).
