Key Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and negotiation.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, business agreements, and transactions.
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, and related transactions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory, regulatory, and ROC requirements.
- Manage intellectual property (IP) and oversee vendor contracts including taxation, import/export, and nutraceutical compliance.
- Conduct legal due diligence, risk management, and resolve legal queries.
- Liaise with external counsel, government officials, and relevant stakeholders, including court and government office visits.
