Senior Legal Counsel – Software & Cloud (M/W/D)

- Multiple years of experience in IT contract law, especially cloud contracts.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Ensure legal compliance of software and cloud contracts (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
- Partner with product units as legal advisor on projects, risks and new services.
- Draft, negotiate and review contracts including license agreements, SLAs and data protection agreements.
- Evaluate business models in cloud computing and IT security, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Monitor legal developments and propose pragmatic solutions.
